Humane Law & Resuce Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm 

Humane Law & Resuce operates 24/7 to receive incoming calls and dispatch an officer in case of emergencies. 

The Louisiana SPCA accepts surrendered stray animals 24-hours a day, 365 day a year. After hours, stray animals can be dropped off using the back entrance located on Mardi Gras Blvd. Visit to view the Louisiana SPCA’s animal surrender policy.
