Adoption Hours

Monday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday: 12 - 4 p.m.

Community Clinic Hours 

Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 4 pm
Sunday: Closed

Our Community Clinic is currently receiving an exceptionally high volume of phone calls. We are working very hard to respond to every call we receive as soon as we can, but we are unable to respond within our normal 24 hour timeframe. Our response times are currently delayed, and it could take us between 48-72 hours to return your calls. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Humane Law & Resuce Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm


A Dispatch Officer is on-site to answer calls 24/7. A Humane Officer will respond to all emergency calls immediately. 

The Louisiana SPCA accepts surrendered stray animals 24-hours a day, 365 day a year. After hours, stray animals can be dropped off using the back entrance located on Mardi Gras Blvd. Visit to view the Louisiana SPCA’s animal surrender policy.
