Happy Tails

Simon was malnourished and tested positive for heartworms when he was rescued. Now, after starting his heartworm treatment and finding his forever home, Simon is a completely new dog. His new family says that he is settling in nicely and loves to take up the entire bed!

We're Right Next Door

We are proud New Orleanians! In addition to being located right over the bridge, we take every chance we get to embrace the wonderful culture around us. Just see for yourself...

Local Focus

In New Orleans, our pets are a part of our culture as much as anything else. And for more than 125 years, the Louisiana SPCA has been an advocate for all our furry friends across the city.

From spay/neuter to innovative adoption programs and humane education, the Louisiana SPCA is at the forefront of the four-legged parade. GET INVOLVED for an experience of your life!
