Completing this form prior to August 21 ensures inclusion in the event program, if you are selected as a vendor. Space is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rules

Rules Agreement
By completing this form, you agree to the following rules:
  • Please bring a minimum of 1,500 small servings of festival style food to be sold. We expect 25,000+ supporters for the event, and we will have approximately 10-15 food vendors.
  • Food vendors will be responsible for own banks and change.
  • Food should be sold at "festival" prices.
  • No beverages are allowed to be sold by vendors other than the LA/SPCA & vendors donating 100% of their sales of food and beverages to the LA/SPCA.
  • You must arrive at the festival grounds between 8 - 10 a.m.
  • You must be ready to begin business by 10:30 a.m. and cannot dismantle until 7 p.m.
  • You are responsible for all aspects of your own set-up and take-down, including bringing appropriate personnel to assist in your set-up and take-down.
  • LA/SPCA representatives will be located at entrances to check you in and give directions to booth locations and parking areas.
  • You may unload close to your booth area, but will need to move to designated parking areas immediately after unloading.
  • You may display promotional materials for attendees.
  • You are responsible for the cleanup of your specific area including trash and disassembly of additional materials that you bring in to your space (trash container will be close to food area).
  • At least one staff member MUST be present at all times to tend your booth.
  • You will need to provide your own supply of plastic utensils, plates/bowls, ice, and napkins.
  • Only one food vendor is allowed per reserved booth space.
  • Your reserved booth space includes:
    • Event Tent with one 10 ft front counter
    • One 8 ft standard table and 2 chairs
    • Business & Menu Signage
    • One waste receptacle
    • Close access to outdoor restroom facilities
    • Electricity available upon advanced request for a maximum of 2 power sources
      • Additional power needs available for additional costs
      • You are responsible for any necessary extension cords
Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot as a vendor at NOLA on Tap 2019. We will reach out to you for further action.
